We represent one side. Always. We do not practice dual agency or transaction brokerage. Because you cannot negotiate for both sides and still fully serve either one. Every relationship is personal. Every outcome matters.

We have made a deliberate shift in how we describe our work — because language shapes expectation:
In a market shaped by transactions, we are built on advocacy.

Few agents bring Andy Wilson's depth of perspective to luxury club community real estate. As a longtime full-time resident of Admirals Cove and former President of the Admirals Cove Property Owners Association, and served as well on the Club's Board of Directors, he has represented homeowners and members at the highest level of community governance. That insider understanding of how these communities truly function is something no amount of transaction volume can replicate.
Andy's career in real estate spans both sides of the table. As an investor and developer, he successfully built a 28-home residential project in Philadelphia, personally bought, renovated, and sold three homes within Admirals Cove, and has overseen new construction through the Agency. That hands-on experience, knowing what a property should cost, what it takes to build it right, and what buyers at this level actually expect, gives his clients a meaningful edge.
Before real estate, Andy spent 35 years building his family's business into one of the nation's leading retail packaging companies before a successful exit to private equity. The discipline, negotiation skill, and long-game thinking that shaped that career now work directly for his clients.
Outside of real estate, Andy serves as Chairman of the Board of Sobriety Solutions, a therapeutic recovery organization with locations in Philadelphia and Lakeside, NJ, a cause close to his heart. He is also Chapter Chair of YPO Palm Beach Gold, a community of peers he credits, alongside his father's early mentorship, as foundational to everything he has built.
Lisa Lichtenstein Wilson has a rather unique background for a REALTOR®. As a courtroom attorney for over 16 years in California, Lisa has litigated hundreds of trials, motions, hearings, appeals, and conferences. This gives her a strong advantage as a real estate broker, since she is a seasoned advocate for her clients’ interests, and the law is undoubtedly a critical component in any real estate transaction.
Over the years, Lisa has developed exceptional negotiation, communication, research, and problem-solving skills, all of which benefit her clients. Lisa relocated to South Florida from Los Angeles to live closer to her immediate family. She gave up looking at crime scene photos for beautiful luxury home sales. Lisa met her husband almost immediately after the big move. She happily lives in Jupiter and is intimately familiar with every community. She can help guide her clients according to their individual needs.
Lisa graduated from DePaul University College of Law and Columbia College with a degree in marketing communications while living in Chicago.
Lisa has a relentless quest for knowledge and the research skills to get all questions answered. Ever the professional, all communications are responded to within hours, and clients are kept abreast at every stage of their transaction.
Regardless of the size of the transaction, she brings an extraordinary background and skill set to the table and provides a sense of honesty, integrity, and professionalism as a real estate agent and consultant to her clients.
Lisa’s legal work included running the largest Veterans Court in the U.S., representing indigent eligible veterans, and creating alternative sentencing rather than imprisonment.
Lisa serves as a director on the MPOA, bringing her legal and real estate expertise to the boardroom to help better the community.
Lisa is an avid shopper, indoor cyclist, social butterfly, and budding golfer.
We are intentionally boutique. Built for precision, access, and personal attention. Our clients work directly with experienced professionals who are fully accountable to the outcome.
We are intentionally small so we can be fully aligned with our clients. Where large firms optimize for inventory and transactions, we optimize for advice and advocacy.
