Four Distinct Neighborhoods
 
Old Palm's 294 home sites are organized across four neighborhoods on 650 acres. Golf Estates (quarter-acre lots, 3,400–5,000 sq ft, $1.5M–$3M) offer direct golf and preserve views in a more accessible scale. Isle Estates (third-acre lots, 4,300–6,800 sq ft, British West Indies architecture) blend Caribbean flair with golf course views.
