Welcome to Panther National

The Most Anticipated New Golf Community in Florida

Panther National is simply the most exciting new private golf community to emerge in Palm Beach County in nearly two decades and the market has responded accordingly, with over $250 million in contracts secured before the first homes were completed. Developed on the last buildable parcel within the Palm Beach Gardens master plan on 392 acres adjacent to a 2,400-acre protected conservation area, Panther National represents something genuinely new: a modern luxury golf and lifestyle community conceived from the ground up for the way today's most discerning buyers want to live.

The Course: Jack Nicklaus & Justin Thomas

The 18-hole championship course at Panther National is co-designed by Jack Nicklaus, the greatest golfer of all time and one of the world's most prolific course architects and Justin Thomas, a two-time PGA Championship winner in his design debut. The collaboration between two generations of champions has produced a course unlike any other in Florida. Bunkers are filled with sand sourced from each of golf's four Major venues The Masters, the U.S. Open, The Open, and the PGA Championship. The course plays from 8,000 yards at its longest tees to 4,500 yards, providing both a genuine major-tournament test for elite golfers and an accessible, enjoyable experience for all members. A nine-hole Par 3 course nicknamed 'The Cub,' inspired by the Himalayas Putting Course at St. Andrews, provides a one-of-a-kind short-game experience. The state-of-the-art Performance Training Center features three bays, a putting laboratory, and Trackman and ball-tracing technology.

The Architecture: Max Strang & Environmental Modernism

Panther National's 218 custom and signature estates are designed by world-renowned Miami architect Max Strang a Florida-based firm celebrated for its 'environmental modernism' approach that celebrates natural light, sustainable materials, and a seamless connection between interior and exterior living. This is the most architecturally forward residential community ever built in Palm Beach County, and it is attracting buyers who have been waiting for modern luxury design in this market for years. Signature Estates start at $4.7 million; Custom Estates start at $5.25 million+. Home sites are available on one-third, one-half, and one-acre lots.

Sustainability & The Clubhouse

Panther National is South Florida's most environmentally conscious luxury community developed in partnership with Tesla technologies to promote solar power and clean energy throughout the development. The 55,000-square-foot contemporary clubhouse features Michelin-inspired dining, a full-service spa with unique water therapy treatments, tennis, pickleball, yoga studio, resort pool, and concierge service of a European caliber. Located within the Avenir master-planned community on Northlake Boulevard, adjacent to Ibis Golf and Country Club and the Estates Course at PGA National, Panther National is minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, The Gardens Mall, and all the lifestyle amenities Palm Beach Gardens offers. This is the community that will define the next chapter of luxury golf living in South Florida.
